Healthy Eating-Trout Recipe
Trout is extremely healthy for you and I prescribe that you cook it with the skin on. It is little in size which implies it will cook fast. The oils from the skin add great flavor to the fish and enable the meat to remain exceptionally moist.
Here is the trout recipe:
1/4 glass lemon juice
2 tablespoon unsalted margarine – melted
2 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon parsley – chopped
2 tablespoon sesame seeds (discretionary)
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 trout – around 1 pound every (ocean trout, creek trout, rainbow trout)
In a shallow dish, combine lemon juice, oil, sesame seeds, parsley, ginger, hot sauce, and salt; mix well. In a couple of spots cut the skin of fish with tines of the fork. Roll point in juice mix to coat all around. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes to an hour, turning now and then. Oust point from marinade; hold marinade.
Place the fish on an exceptionally hot grill that has been oiled down. Cook the fish on one side for 3 minutes and turn. Give the fish a chance to cook for an additional three minutes and expel from the grill. Place the fish on a heating sheet and pour held marinade to finish everything. Finish in the broiler at 325 degrees for 5 minutes.
